How do I create a group?
After logging in, click "Create Group" from your dashboard. Fill in the group details including name, description, meeting schedule, and capacity. You can make your group public (listed) or private (unlisted).
How do I invite people to my group?
As a group leader, go to your group page and click "Invite Members." Enter email addresses and personalize your invitation message. Invitees will receive an email with a unique link to join.
Can I join multiple groups?
Yes! You can join as many groups as you'd like. Browse available groups from the Groups page or accept invitations from group leaders.
Is my information private?
Your privacy is important to us. Your contact information is only visible to leaders of groups you've joined. Read our Privacy Policy for complete details.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account, email us at support@helpusfollowchrist.org with your request. We'll process your deletion within 48 hours and confirm via email.
Do you have a mobile app?
Currently, Help Us Follow Christ is a web-based platform optimized for mobile browsers. You can access it from any device with a web browser. A dedicated mobile app may be available in the future.
Can organizations use this platform?
Yes! Churches, ministries, and other faith-based organizations can create an organization profile and manage multiple groups under one umbrella. Contact us at support@helpusfollowchrist.org for more information about organizational accounts.
